I was looking for a reliable KVM switch that would use all the cables I had and it worked. I've read some complaints about switching times between devices, but in my experience with KVM (as an IT pro) the switching times are about average. It doesn't bother me at all. My biggest concern was that after switching, the computer would automatically detect everything, as I've had devices in the past where it had to "add" the monitor again by moving all my windows, which was always annoying. Not this one - it worked perfectly on the first try. My only concern is that it doesn't have many USB ports, but I just added a hub and was able to plug everything in and work. Seems a bit pricey but worth it for what it does.
