Please watch my video. :) These water bottles are really great. I bought mint green and black 20 ounce bottles. Mint green is more vivid in real life. Very pretty. Note: the box says mint, but online it's aqua water. After years of using BPA-free water bottles, I recently had a blood test by a lab that showed I had trace amounts of plastic and styrofoam in my body, so I immediately switched to steel. I really hope this is a safer alternative. The bottles are easy to hold, sealed and smooth. They have a screw cap that stays attached to the bottle. It is also convenient to drink from the spout. The only downside is that the inside of the lid is difficult to clean, and because it's black you can't see any mold. If you read the information on the packaging, it says that you should not use milk bottles. I'm not sure why. So if you're buying these to take hot coffee with you, look for a thermos instead. All in all a great product and highly recommended. If anything changes I will update the review. the water bottle breaks off. Only used them for a week at home (light use) and not for sports. I haven't had any problems with black. I will update if there are other problems. See fig.
