Review on Pastall Heatsink Double Sided Thermal Silicone by Kevin Gunnmann

This isn't for laptops in case anyone was wondering. It is designed for installing an M.2 drive in a desktop and needs to be connected to the fan power connector. I like the large heatsink, which does an excellent job of evenly distributing and dissipating heat. The fan doesn't rotate at high speeds, but does its job. Contains two thermal strips. I like it.
