Product worked great. I had a few minor issues. The CPS slowly started to fail, first the truck stopped when the horn was blown. Then it started to stall a little every 5 seconds while idling, the revs increased slightly but not particularly noticeable, then over time it became more difficult to start the truck, which I think was due to the temperature <40 degrees. If you have these symptoms change your cps because one day it started to keep turning off without even hitting the beep, barely got home. After replacing the CPS, my truck runs smoother, starts instantly without ever heating up the glow plugs in cold weather, and the most noticeable change was acceleration from a standstill. My truck used to rock before starting and now it's very smooth. Most people wrote that you need a 10mm head to remove the old one, but my truck had a 1/2" bolt. I'm not the original owner but the original owner replaced the CPS under the Ford warranty so it was a second generation gray CPS. Maybe that's why it didn't have a 10mm screw anymore? Just a guess. Good luck, it's not difficult to change, but it's tight and wear glasses!
