Review on Rubbermaid RMS-2 2-Step Steel Step Stool, 225lb Capacity, White: Sturdy and Reliable Access Solution by Mardrequs Dorsey

I went back and forth to buy a 2 or 3 step stool. My townhouse has a few recessed lights that I need to get to. A 3 step ladder at only 5ft 1in was a great choice! The step stool arrived today. There was extra tape on the packaging but the box itself was secure and undamaged. Wow! The step stool is a bit heavier than expected. When I ordered I didn't read that it weighed 14 pounds. But 14 pounds isn't too bad considering this stool is a mix of steel and plastic. . No rocking problems. I like that the handle is high enough to be held upright. I also like the safety latch that keeps the stool from closing by itself. This will not be my everyday stool. I have one of those single steps for everyday tasks, those three steps would be great to get me high enough to change the lights and adjust things in the basement. It only had 4 corners taped with this double sided adhesive. There are warning/safety stickers under the bottom step. I am satisfied with the quality of the step stool. I'll report back if anything changes!
