Review on HP 6305 Pro Desktop PC - AMD Athlon A4-5300B, 3.4GHz, 8GB RAM, 250GB HDD, DVD, Windows 10 Pro (Renewed) by David Epps

I am starting a new job from home that requires a PC. I didn't want to spend a lot of money since I was just taking a chance, so I went the fixed route. On the first day everything was fine, I could get started. On the second day I could not log in. It kept giving me some sort of profile storage error. I restarted my computer and was told it was doing some sort of fix and it might take over an hour. I left it alone and the next day it didn't register the keyboard or mouse. I tried the ones sent with the computer and the ones I had at home. I plugged them in all sorts of places and nothing. I tried calling the number on the note that came with the box but I don't have 40 minutes to sit on the line. The Amazon tried to help, but little of what she didn't (check the cables, restart the computer, plug in a different outlet). She recommended calling HP, but this is such a strange issue that I won't put a stop to it. i need something reliable I returned it and traded in my MacBook for a new laptop. I couldn't even delete the programs I installed on this computer, so hopefully Amazon won't give me any trouble. But I would save your money. A cheap computer is just a cheap computer.
