The ease in which our payroll can be done through this system! I think my colleagues were not as impressed with the interface or product (although they would say it was easy to figure out).

It wasn't until we switched over from Paychex when other companies had so much more functionality available - for free!! Like adding insurance info within minutes, etc., We couldn’t do any one thing like have all employees show up daily instead of just once monthly? Maybe there are some ways around having access but honestly if something has been added since then why did everyone loose their job??? So far nothing about capitas solution really stands tall above its competitors-just because it's cheap doesn't make anything better. For sure take your own advice before hiring anyone who says "it will never happen" The ability to manage all HR functions from one place makes it easier for employees & managers alike! I don't have any dislikes about this system but would like more reporting features (employee pay history) available in order make better decisions regarding payroll processing/payroll taxes etc.. Overall we are able use our data with ease using workflows as well which helps us keep track within department budgets!!
