I use this roller mainly in the evening for my face, neck and head. It works better than anything I've used for muscle relaxation. Even the crease between my eyebrows has almost disappeared (no intense massages and other methods could do what this roller did). It also feels very pleasant and tingly, especially in severely tense areas (e.g. on the head along the hairline or at the back of the head). I roll it up carefully, without pressing the roller into the skin, I make several passes horizontally and vertically. I've tried it on other parts of the body and immediately got a nice blush and warm skin, so I think it will be good for tightening the skin on my stomach and thighs (which I plan to do eventually). I also have pads from this brand which I like to sit in for a few minutes while I brush my teeth or put on makeup (great for getting blood flow to my feet) or before bed (it helps me fall asleep faster).
