I love that it's smooth! It doesn't snag on the skin when it spins around during daily activity. It looks seemless and doesn't catch on tissues or bath towels. It was a little hard to snap shut at first and I haven't taken it out since I put it in months ago so I'm not sure how easy removal is, but it's so comfortable I don't even realize I have it in.
