I like that it's easy to use and has a wide variety of features for both B2B and B2C companies. The customer support team is also very helpful and quick to respond! It can be difficult to find certain features if you're not familiar with the product. I would highly recommend Lead IQ to any business looking for a tool that will help them track their leads and nurture them through the funnel. We are able to easily see where our leads come from, how many people we have in contact with, and what stage they're at in the process. This allows us to make better decisions about which campaigns/leads to follow up on first.
