I've been looking for the perfect water bottle for years and this one fits in every box.1. He is light. I can wear it on my wrist even when it's full and it doesn't cut off blood flow. With a wrist strap, it is always at hand.2. Fits in a standard cup holder. Don't try to find a way to keep it upright while driving.3. It's easy to clean. A simple straw cleaner to wipe the mouthpiece and straw, and a cloth to clean the bottle.4. The top is easy to remove - even with arthritic hands. The coating is durable and offers good grip. Plastic is not slippery.5. The grip is great. It's big enough to easily fit my wrist, but not so big that it falls in my palm.6. It has enough water for a normal hike or an evening stroll. I don't have to keep refilling.7. The lid is easy to open with one hand and the mouthpiece pops out automatically. It keeps dirt etc. away from the mouthpiece. It also prevents spills if knocked over - just make a habit of closing it after every drink. It also prevents dogs from licking the mouthpiece. A few more notes: After filling the bottle, first open the cap and THEN put the straw in the bottle and screw on the cap. This prevents a vacuum from forming that makes drinking water difficult. When shaken vigorously with water, it can create this vacuum. In this case, simply unscrew and pull out the lid, open the lid, put the lid back on and screw it on. If it is shaken when opening the lid, sometimes some water will come out of the mouthpiece. If you tilt the bottle just slightly, the water will drip onto the top and not onto you.
