The case is solid, well constructed, and the battery works as intended. The Qi wireless feature did not work on my first one or the replacement they sent me (both same day delivery; awesome service). From a design perspective I was hesitant to purchase in the first place because of the "chin”, but the total weight/thickness isn’t too much bulk. If the wireless charging worked I’d be keeping it and giving 5 stars, but for some reason this is one of the only iPhone XS Max battery cases that supports Qi charging and was the feature I was purchasing for; it not working on 2 cases was a deal breaker.
