Review on 💧 JOHN GUEST USA 738260 John Guest 1/4-inch Push-Fit Shut-Off Valve Connector, Miscellaneous by Brent Walker

My fridge is being relocated and the copper water pipes didn't have a shut off valve meaning the water in the house would have to be shut off which is not feasible. I bought a pipe cutter, that little device, and prayed that everything would be fine. The first ending came with an audible "pop". The other end didn't originally do the same. I had a feeling something was wrong, so I grabbed both ends and connected them at the same time. The second half now made a "pop" sound and made for a good fit. I turned the water back on in the house and put it in the "on" position. The water came right away and with no leaks! I'm so excited! It was a 5 minute fix for a fraction of the cost of a plumber. Seriously, the hardest part was getting the fridge out.
