Review on 🛴 Adjustable Children's Scooter with Light-Up Features by Allek by Jerry Bergstad

This scooter has every chance of being a great scooter. Our six year old daughter loved it from the start. great color, bright wheels etc. Unfortunately, like several other reviewers, the brake cover broke in less than a week (5 days). It's made from clear plastic so the light-up twin wheels are more visible at the back, but the plastic is very stiff and not meant to flex. There are three screws holding the brake cover to the deck and the part broke right through the screw holes. I saw another review where the customer received a replacement part and it broke again. I have no reason to think my experience will be any different. If the manufacturer changes the brake pad design or material, I would recommend the scooter, but as the brake is very important, especially for young riders, I would not recommend this product. Your mileage may vary.
