It took me a while to figure out where to put the water bottles but so far I love them! I make longer trips (45+ miles) and the distance between water stops is sometimes longer than I like. I used most of the base for the bottom of the triangle and placed two water bottle holders there. NOTE: You can only fit 21oz bottles in the cages with this (had to order new ones because I was carrying 24oz bottles). The other base allowed me to move the parts bin over the seatpost to accommodate two new cages. It looks like a lot on the bike, but I don't care because WATER (or electrolytes.)
