The second works fine.

The first has not sealed. I replaced the gasket and yes it was in the right place. I bought the exact same product locally and it is now sealed and in the truck. Unfortunately I don't have a return window for this product. Meaning? Make sure you take on this project and that your item is sealed (add some caulk) before the return window closes.
