I needed a pouch to hold my iPhone and credit cards while traveling to an event. This pouch fits well for me, was easy to fit things into. The pockets were a bit thin as it's designed for stealth and to be slim. This was a win-win for me but don't expect to fit thick objects into them a phone with a case is about as think as it will go. It can also fit my keys and emergency device. A drawback is while it's thin and not easily noticed, the band uses plastic and elastic. It's prone to damage if stretched too hard and probably won't survive someone trying to forcefully remove the pouch from you.
