I laughed at the humorous warning on the packaging which read (something like) 'Warning: stop playing with all other toys and concentrate only on these focus on the bouncy ball". But it is true! I gave my 7 year old a blue elephant bouncy ball and my teen got a yellow adult smiley face ball. These gifts were unintentionally the best gifts for the fair party. All other toys were saved for later. They jumped and hopped with great pleasure and everyone smiled. Three months later they are still returning regularly. What a great exercise! The balls are easy enough for a 7 year old to inflate when I pull out the fork (nails or a butter knife will do). They need to be pumped up from time to time as they are used a lot. We kept them indoors as our yard is uneven and small rocks and sticks are a potential hazard - not sure how that would work. Our house is small but parents are patient and kids enjoy being kids.
