The best part about solvpath is that it allows me access all my tickets from any device anywhere at anytime without being tied down by physical visits or office hours.
Also I love how easy they make ticket creation as well! There are some minor things which could be improved but nothing major so far!! It's free for our team members too since we have unlimited licenses (unlike other solutions). We use this tool when people call us with questions/tickets related to products sold through salesforce orgs like SFDC CRM etc..
