I first received this and and followed the combo setting instructions, but the A B switch shifted back and made it unable to set the combo. I then was stuck and contacted Decaller through email. the customer svc came through and sent a replacement lock box. the replacement combo set normally as the directions were followed. started out very unhappy but the company made it right.
