Not the best, not the worst, but not worth it.

didn't matter to me. The inside is not as soft as I had hoped. I had such trouble finding soft, comfortable nursing pads that I ordered several different types. The only ones I'm distantly related to were the bamboo velor bamboobies or the pure cotton pads. Send these back. Not a fan. One of the positives is that the padding has little rubber dots that keep the padding from moving inside your shirt or bra. This part is awesome.

Pros

STAY FRESH: The mesh layer is delicate and soft to the touch, and unlike bamboo fabric, the mesh layer transfers liquid quickly to the fleece layer, keeping skin fresh and dry. The waterproof layer on the back also means no leakage.
