Excellent and really well made, especially for the price!
I love my chef's knife and can't wait to use the rest of the Babish products! My mixing bowls are on the way and I'm just waiting for a replenishment of tiny whisks, sontaku and fiddle knives to complete my bab set! I like its weight, it allows almost no pressure when chopping or julienned like I did here. I'm really excited for what's next and LOVE me a little Babish! #CookingMadeBabish
