I'm not a big fan of masks in general, but if I really need to wear a mask, I will definitely wear one. I was tired of the usual 3-ply masks and sheet masks and had to constantly wash or look for one. They were sweaty and rough when worn for a long time. Breathing also gradually became more and more difficult, especially during the hour when one was shopping or doing other things. So I gave up and hesitantly bought this one. I wasn't too impressed for the first few days but gradually that changed. I mow about 5 hours a week and due to my outdoor allergies I started mowing with a mask. I also have about a week another 5 hours to use various toxic cleaning products. When I refueled the lawnmower today, I had a mask on. I took off my mask to answer the call and the smell of oil and gas hit me like a ton of bricks. Yes, this mask completely filtered out the gas and oil smell and helped even more with my allergies. Then I went to the dry cleaners and my cleaning products have a few different fresh scents. The moment I put this mask on, I couldn't smell any of them. I also didn't have to take breaks as often to get rid of the toxic cleaning fumes. Sweat got on the straps while mowing, but overall the plastic and rubber around the face was completely dry, unlike regular masks. My only real complaint is the slightly uncomfortable fit. It will fit most people perfectly. After an hour or two, his nose may hurt a little. Depending on the shape of the face, the mask can also move up and down a bit, but this has no effect on the tightness, at least for me. On the other hand, I like the strap design. The strap at the top of the neck and across the head stays in place. As you move your face from side to side, the mask moves perfectly with you and flexes as your face moves. So if you are looking for a quality mask with good filtering, I would definitely recommend this one. The price is high but I think we will justify that price for what you get. Especially when many similar masks cost $150, $200 or more.
