Review on ๐Ÿ—บ๏ธ Garmin nรผvi 1200 GPS Navigator: Compact 3.5-Inch Portable Device for Effortless Navigation by Chuck Derrick

Revainrating 5 out of 5

good GPS for portable audio and video

I used this GPS for a trip to Albuquerque, NM last week and found it amazing. Not only is it lightweight, but it works great and is accurate for both the car and walking. I was driving Highway 14 from Albuquerque to Santa Fe and he gave me very solid advice including these ghost towns. It's a lot better than the Nuvi 255w I bought for a trip to Orlando last spring. The GPS 255w performed horribly, often giving wrong and incorrect routes, or very long and uncomfortable paths. In my opinion, this set is around $110 (cheapest) at Revain. There's not much of a difference between a 3.5-inch or 4.3-inch display, and Bluetooth isn't required if you have a cellphone or iPod. The only thing that didn't suit me was the lack of a USB cable to connect to a computer and there was no wall. Power adapter included. However, I used my phone cable and the Nuvi 1200's power adapter.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
