Review on Tires pirelli formula energy 225/50r17 98y xl by Andrey Kolev ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied with everything, the product corresponds to the description.

Delivered to a Lexus ES XV60 in April 2023 with the tire size 215/55/17. In the past, there was a competition known as Cordiant Sport 3: - he is more resilient - he maintains the trajectory better - he has superior braking ability on both wet and dry surface BUT - after two years and forty thousand kilometers, the sidewall will have exfoliated, and it will not tolerate bumps and potholes. - Curve has always been round and adores doing weights. Added on 05/15/23: I'll take your money, without a doubt.

Pros
  • 1. Extremely pliable; bumps and ruts are not perceptible at all. 2. It firmly maintains its trajectory on our preferred asphalt up to 130 kilometers per hour, despite the fact that it feels like jelly, BUT it maintains a certain degree of sharpness of the steering wheel, particularly at the 0 position. 3. Dry braking 4. Reasonable cost for the amount 5. Having a perfect equilibrium 6. Not overly loud, with a noise meter on a Lexus ES registering a maximum of 62 decibels of noise at 80 kilometers per hour (the previous Cordiant Sport 3 registered 64 decibels). - in a personal manner. Added on 05/15/23: traveled along the route of 2260 kilometers between St. Petersburg and Brest (Belarus): - maintains composure even when traveling over uneven terrain (gently);
Cons
  • 1. Wet braking 2. Enjoys rutting 3. Due to its softness, the rubber all but disappears on the disks (subjectively), appearing instead like jelly (on soft sidewalls) Added on 05/15/23: 1. Noisy on a well-maintained pavement
