Cheap and inexpensive are the perfect descriptions, and that's not a bad thing
I have bought this item multiple times for referee training exercises. At less than $1 a pop, it's not a bad buy. I certainly would not recommend using these in a game situation, as they do not sound strong, but now all the new referee trainees will have a backup whistle if ever needed.
- Thought the whistle would be larger but it is OK
- The bulk pack may be too large for individuals with limited storage space
