I like that this software can be used for both MacOS & Windows, which makes it easy to use across multiple platforms. The price point seems fair considering all features included in one package. It's not very intuitive at first but with some training you will get better results than expected from such an inexpensive program! This tool has helped us organize our daily workflows into specific projects or tasks so we know exactly what needs attention next without having to search through email threads again later down the road.
