I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service I got when I recently contacted HTS Company with some questions and concerns. The business boasted about having excellent customer service, but I received subpar treatment. The representative I talked to was not useful and didn't seem to care about my issues. As a result, I felt my time and business were wasted. If you need prompt and helpful assistance from a company's customer service department, look elsewhere.
