I liked the look of the unit and that almost everything I needed to install it was packaged with the unit. I found it unusual that a standard 1/2 inch roll of Teflon tape was included, but I soon realized why when the connection connecting my arms to the shower head began to leak after installing it in the usual way and draining the water had turned on. The five-minute installation turned out to be a lot more complicated than it should have been. I had to resort to some sort of sealant to seal the sloppy threads. Installation has become much more difficult than it should have been. Very disappointing.
