I received my power adapter and much to my disappointment it didn't work! At first it worked sporadically when you move the wires properly, and then it wouldn't work at all. Maybe it's just bad solder somewhere, but I wouldn't fix it myself. Since I opened it much later than I received it, I was unable to return it to Amazon or get any help from the manufacturer. It's partly my fault for not checking that it was in good condition as soon as I received it, but I'm still disappointed that there was a problem at all.
