All the dolls were made at the bottom of the bin so I tried calling and asking if that was ok. Again there is no answer. I followed the instructions on their website and transferred the pupae to the butterfly habitat. So far two butterflies have tried to surface and died. I called again today to try to get help. No response by phone or email. I'm left with two angry kids and dead butterflies. I thought it would be a great experience for my kids. I was wrong.
