I bought this product to replace the door panel clips after replacing the front and passenger windows on my MINI. Unfortunately this was a fantastic stock deal, the tool shown in the photos was not included with my shipment (maybe that's why it was the stock?) Unfortunately my husband had already started using the clips so I couldn't return them but they worked great ! Very easy to grab. And in any case, a removal tool! Lots of different sizes and uses - and we love that this set comes with body clips, not just inner ones! I actually wanted to give 4 stars because of the missing tool, but that's clearly not the fault of the manufacturer! All round 5 stars Great product. Would buy again
