I like that you can set alerts for keywords (or entire sentences) so it doesn't just show mentions but also lets me know when those phrases are used in other places as well! The filters aren’t always intuitive - some words will only be shown if they're part/full word or not even showing at times depending how specific your filter criteria needsely be? It would help with consistency between different people using this tool from both within our teams internally AND externally facing customers who may have more difficulty understanding certain terms we commonly search through.

This helps us understand any issues coming up before going live which makes everyone feel better knowing there isn't something wrong until someone reports an issue and then investigating further gives them confidence too!
