Review on D-Link DIR-842 AC1200 WiFi Router: Wide Coverage, Gigabit MU-MIMO, Easy Setup & Parental Controls, Black (Discontinued) by Jeremy Romero

I bought a Dlink Dir 842 AC1200 in September 2017 to replace my old Dlink DIR 655. I'm currently having terrible connection problems. My ISP gives me a 350Mbps wired connection, but I only get 10Mbps wireless at best and still only get 10Mbps even with only one wireless device connected to it. Also, this device was not easy to set up. I had to seek help on the Advanced Tech Dlink forum to get this right to work with my game and network devices. I had to explore more complex configurations to achieve optimal connections. I gave my old director 655 5 stars, 6 if possible as he gave me 6 wonderful years. I also have you 890, which deserves the same praise; However, this device hardly deserves one.
