Many details are missing. 8 before you even get to the vehicles. It's sad when you try to get a little one interested in building. I would not recommend it at all for young children if the building aspect is important. I had to do most of it myself, even with the instructions I got stuck at some point. They don't look like Lego instructions. Some things you have to improvise or guess and hope it's right. It's just not clear. While I stopped throughout the process to find Legos, I was able to get the work done from my older boys' sets. Should I return it after all this and do it again? Most people won't because they are kids playing with it and it was so frustrating to put together. Although you may have to do it again if you don't have extra Legos. Parts of it break pretty easily when playing, despite being so durable. This is an assembly project. The truck also does not fit under the garage. And we built our own proper prison to do our best. If it wasn't for that, I'd be back now. I'll wait a few weeks.
