All other reviews agree, was probably a good idea ten years ago, but the software is clunky, character recognition takes a long time, 2 minutes 41 seconds on my timer to process ten simple hotel receipts , which you then need to validate for accuracy before you can import them into an expense report. For some reason, you can't "view" in Excel on a Marriott account, which is always classified as transportation, as the feature was retired a while ago. The scanner is slow and comments about it not having sheet feeders to keep scans straight are correct, it looks messy and allocates one receipt per page. So if you want to print emails or even email them, the file size will be large. I spent most of the day getting it to work, along with the inevitable tech calls in the Philippines, where you can spend five minutes trudging through the Meus. When I called the first time, the system just kicked me out with the words "Goodbye"! In short, it saves no time compared to manually typing into an existing Excel spreadsheet.
