I bought a 4000w pure sine wave Aims inverter… I bought a 4000w pure sine wave Aims inverter through Revain with a 30 day money back guarantee. After I hooked everything up I had a problem with the lights flickering in inverter mode I contacted target support and spoke to Jay, he said this shouldn't be done and wanted a photo of my wiring which looked good then he did another photo, another picture and finally a video while all the time in my return window with Revane was running out. I had to call back and speak to Jay to see what he thought after each photo wasting the time for returns because it would take days to contact him, the returns window is now closed, I'm still having the same issue , updated 2/8/21. Aims support helped me extend my return through Revain, sent this back and will try again. I hope I don't have the same problem
