I got this for my wife and it starts randomly. When you access the controls on the monitor, they appear, so this doesn't go away. Neither control nor computer settings change anything. It seems to happen in about half an hour. Put the same monitor on two other computers and it works as it should. Your computer has a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 Gaming OC Pro 6G graphics card, 3 Windforce fans, 6GB of 192-bit GDDR6 memory, a GV-N2060GAMINGOC PRO 6GD graphics card and a GIGABYTE Z390 GAMING X (Intel LGA1151/ Z390/ATX / 2xM.2/Realtek ALC892/Intel LAN/HDMI/Gaming Mainboard) The other two computers are equipped with graphics cards; MSI Gaming Radeon Rx 5700 Boost Clock 1750MHz 256-bit 8GB GDDR6 DP/HDMI Dual Fan Crossfire Freesync Navi Graphics Card ZOTAC Gaming GeForce RTX 2060 Dual Fan 6GB GDDR6 192-bit Gaming Graphics Card, Ultra Compact, IceStorm 2.0, ZT-T20600F- 10M The other two Computers have Asus motherboards. I don't think it's a GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card as four other monitors (including the pre-death one) ran on their machine with no issues. Two cards are NVIDIA and the other is AMD. It could be the long HDMI cable that runs behind her to her computer, but it shouldn't be either as another monitor (on a different computer) in the same room works fine with her computer with the cable added. FIFTEEN FEET LONG! It's on top of the cable that goes to her computer, so the other monitor with 15+ feet of cable works fine, and that one can't work reliably with what she has. So far, four other monitors have worked properly (including the one before his death) with a setting that made this one not work reliably. Now I don't know what the problem is, but it's been running on this computer for a day and a half without any problems, which is much longer than her computer. Your old monitor worked fine until it died. so i bought these. While waiting a week for this, she used another monitor on another computer in the room with a 15-foot cable added to her cable. If you count the deaths, then this monitor is doing something wrong.
