I'm not pregnant. I have a feeding tube and cannot sleep on my stomach. So now I sleep on my side. It is very difficult for me to sleep on my back, but sometimes it is the only way to make me comfortable due to other problems. I'm also very picky about the pillow I use for my head and this pillow allows me to use my own pillow. This pillow is suitable for both side and back sleepers. There are so many ways to use it and I really have no problem rolling from side to side in the middle of the night. This is great for pain relief and keeps my knees from touching and causing bruises. I was concerned reading the reviews that it would be flat etc. I took a risk and was not disappointed. Not only is it very full, but the pillows themselves zip to remove and cushion it. So in the future if the filling gets rough with age I can replace it entirely. I'm so glad I took the risk. My dog even likes to snuggle up to him when I'm not in bed and sometimes when I'm sleeping. I haven't even had it for a week and I love it. I will come back and update this review if it doesn't last.
