Unable to tighten thumbscrews to hold levers in place. Your thread is broken. They appear to be made of very soft material or do not match the nut. The attached instructions included an email address and a support phone number. I wrote an email and did not receive a reply. I called the phone number. and the rep said there is nothing we can do because I emailed them and we have to wait for that department to be processed. She is also unable to speak to this department and check the status of my request. I waited another day and sent it back.
