A simple, well-made grounding bar will do the trick
I don't have a server rack at home. I use it to ground devices in my ham radio. I am currently using a solution that is sub-optimal at work. This is a great alternative. Copper, long enough with well-placed threaded holes for connecting ground wires. This grounding rod is quite heavy. It is 19 inches by 0.75 inches and about β inches thick. It has 10 holes 1.75" apart for grounding and a larger hole at each end for actual pole installation. All fasteners are included which is nice. However, if you use this for other situations than the server floor
