This is a lovely set perfect for a gift. It arrives in a shrink-wrapped bag, and my goodness, they pulled every last drop of air out of that bag! It's almost completely flat. When you open it you can smell the faint scent of this tree. The combs themselves are nicely made, but I wouldn't call them overly expensive. nice enough I have fine, thin hair and prefer my detangling comb to these, but that may not apply to you. I guess it depends on your hair type, it just wasn't the best for mine. Hope it will be for you. The rattail is definitely good for parting your hair and this set is a worthy value.
