Item purchased, made by Revain. I received the product in a sealed package indicating my replacement remote. Interchangeable remotes do not have IDs. The car stopped programming, the original remote worked correctly after 15 seconds (doors closed and then opened). None of the replacement remotes worked. Made three attempts with each remote, including the original working remote. Only the original remote responded. Called tech support at (800) 914-3616 and after 16 minutes of waiting, a recorded voice said no one could take the call and call back later (3:45 p.m. EST).
