So I really like it but there are a few things worth noting: Pros: - Sound quality and volume are good for a motorcycle helmet speaker. These are not your Beats or Bose speakers. Not bad in the motorcycle speaker space - there's no key to charging. Some other models I checked had a separate wire coming out of the earcup. This is charged by the controller/microphone. - beautiful and simple decor. Velcro works well Cons: - It's not IP67 waterproof as advertised! This is very disappointing as that was one of the reasons I got it. My Sena communicators don't like rain so I was hoping it would be better. See the picture I took from the instructions - they are thick. I didn't think about it as half an inch thick (before the foam). Make sure the speaker cutouts are deep enough. For comparison, my Sena speakers were smaller than 1/4" and these are larger than 1/2" - I may have skimmed the pictures too quickly, but I thought the knobs were raised. You don't know about it if you use gloves a lot. It's easier to set and forget if possible. I don't use it for phone calls so won't talk about mic quality or anything - also tends to vary from helmet setting to helmet setting. I use Sena for this. My second helmet with them is for solo riding so just music and gps and for that it works. Just know what you're getting yourself into.
