I like that it is easy to use, simple interface without too much clutter or distractions from other features of the platform. The fact that you can access your account anywhere in the world helps as well! There are not many downsides but if there were any they would be minor issues (such as being able to add more fields). We have been using this product since 2014 when we first started working on our retirement plan at my previous employer. This was before mobile devices became so popular which made things easier back then. Nowadays everything is done through phones/tablets etc however still having something online makes life simpler especially during busy times where time constraints may make accessing paperwork difficult.
