Does what they were supposed to do
These were not expensive. We were having issues with our old refrigerator and bought these to check temperature. The evaporator coil was freezing up and they helped me know when to manually defrost the coil until our warranty company fixed or replaced our refrigerator, which took about 6 weeks. I just leave them in the new refrigerator now as peace of mind.
