The ease of use, customization options that are available for each user to be able to do their jobs more efficiently! There is nothing I dislike about this product as it has been fantastic in assisting us with our business needs by making work flow easier through its ability to track time and tasks effectively. It does not have many limitations but if there were any they would probably require some training or assistance from an expert who knows how to utilize all features at once. We use service pro primarily to maintain documentation regarding employee attendance records/absences which enables employees to easily complete paperwork pertaining to absences without having to physically go into another system such as ADP payroll software.
