I didn't have enough space on the handlebars and this works great to mount the flashlight on the frame. The only issue for me was that the mounting bolt did not have enough thread length to attach to the bike. When the nut was fully tightened I had about 1/8 inch left to press firmly against the frame. That's not a problem for me because I'm familiar with it and had the right screw in the trash can. If I didn't have it I would buy it at the hardware store. The manufacturer could have easily solved the problem by providing a full length threaded bolt. Then it would be 5 stars.
