Does what it wants for my opinion

I have had this installed for over a year. Really annoying having to replace the batteries so often. It also has a mind of its own sometimes it wants to work sometimes it doesn’t most of the time it doesn’t. The deadbolt will not lock with keypad, and now half the keypad stopped working. I would not recommend.Update - I didn’t receive a response or resolution to my issues, but a keypad randomly showed up in the mail. Went to install, and the key pad has extra keys and is not for the model I purchased.
