Beautiful but broken

My granddaughter loved this watch. It was very pretty and worked great. However, the button to light up the glowing face fell off the first time it was put on and we can't find it anywhere. I am so disappointed. I thought it was a quality item but obviously not when it falls apart the first time you wear it. I don't know if it can be repaired or replaced. I want, because then it will be a great gift!
